Leadership Consultant, Group Facilitator & Team Coach

Obi James has 15 years experience of successfully developing leaders and teams across large multinational organisations like Deloitte, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Northern Trust.

A former VP in HR, she is certified as an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) and a Team Performance Coach (CTPC). She also serves as a Faculty Member for CRR Global, where she trains organisational leaders on team and group dynamics.

She is a Judge for The Business Book Awards and is often invited to run conference workshops, and to speak on topics like Leadership and the Power of Collaboration at global events such as the Finance Transformation Summit.

Obi was born in Germany, grew up in Nigeria and Finland, and currently lives in London with her 2 daughters.


Leadership & Team Coach

Chris has over 20 years experience of organisational change working across a whole range of industries. Everything from finance, to non-profit; from manufacturing, to government; and from technology to pharmaceuticals.

He’s a certified executive leadership and team coach with CPCC and ORSCC accreditations. As a Faculty Member for CRR Global, he delivers training courses for systems coaches and organisational leaders all over the world.

Chris speaks fluent French as well as English and has a background in IT. He’s also rather nifty on the dancefloor and would have given Fred Astaire a run for his money!


Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach

Niina is a trained organisations and systems coach (ORSC). She has over 15 years experience of managing people and teams, and is passionate about developing wellbeing in the workplace.

Niina is interested in all aspects of Mental Health and alongside coaching, currently works as a specialist mental health pharmacist for the NHS. Always looking for new ways to develop, Niina is also training to become a registered Hypno-Psychotherapist.


Executive Assistant and Relationship Manager

Claire is the heart of our team’s core business operations and the glue that holds us all together. She has a passion for organising and thanks to her efficiency and excellent coordination, our clients trust that we stay responsive and always on the ball!

Claire has had a varied career over the years, from audience research at the BBC to body-painting, music production and managing a well-known golfer.  When not busy organising, Claire can be found singing with her local Military Wives Choir, her other great passion.


Communication Skills & Branding Expert

Rhoda has many years’ experience helping organisations shape and share their narratives to meet objectives. She’s accumulated skills and knowledge across the marketing spectrum including integrated advertising, digital and social media and press & PR.

Rhoda believes the most effective communication solutions are tailored to the needs of each client and consumer. She loves being involved with brands or projects that challenge, excite, reward and promote happy working cultures.


Talent & Change Manager
Estea Rademeyer has 15 years’ experience of organisational change and talent management across a range of industries, from mining, finance, manufacturing, retail, government and technology. She has delivered large organisational redesign and change projects as well as on the development and facilitation of leadership interventions and training.
She recently got her MBA, is a registered Industrial Psychologist and a trained coach. She has spoken at conferences on topics like managing change, the psychological contract, preparing for a career in Industry 4.0, the role of remuneration, reward and recognition. 
Estea works in the UK and in Sub-Sahara Africa.
