I believe that engagement is the key to sustainable success in organisations. Our workplace relationships influence our culture and our overall performance.

I help leaders and teams build trust, shared purpose, connection and a sense of belonging.


I love people My background is in HR where I held senior people development roles, predominantly within financial services. I continue to coach executives and teams across a wide range of public and private sector industries, and in functional groups such as HR, sales, client service, management, marketing and audit.

Over the years, I have worked in-house and as an external consultant with a range of organisations such as Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, TSB, Deloitte, Northern Trust, NHS and Network Rail to name a few.

It’s not just a job. I get real fulfilment from my work. I am on a mission to make our workplaces more human. My dream is that my children and generations to come experience workplaces where people can be themselves and thrive.

I am fascinated by human behaviour and relationships. I studied physiology and neuroscience at University College London (UCL) and have gone on to study the neuroscience of leadership.  I enjoy getting under the skin of how we show up in our workplaces and deal with experiences.

I am a certified team performance coach (CTPC) and a certified organisational and relationship systems coach (ORSCC). I am also a serving faculty member of Centre for Right Relationships (CRR Global) where I train coaches, leaders and HR professionals in team dynamics, so they can help shape their organisational culture.

I have led teams and been a team member: my experience of high-performing as well as downright dysfunctional teams across a range of functional units, sectors and organisations means I will understand where you are and where you can get to.
