The Leadership Catalyst develops emerging and succession-ready leaders to step up with clarity, confidence and impact. Over a 12-month arc, a carefully selected cohort of leaders builds the self-awareness, resilience and strategic networks needed to thrive in complex, fast-moving organisations.
Through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, participants confront imposter syndrome, refine their vision and goals, and practise the skills of influencing, managing upwards, and leading across. We combine practical tools with real-world application – so participants don’t just learn leadership, they live it between sessions.
Partnering with HR and L&D teams, we tailor the experience to strengthen internal pipelines, prepare leaders for succession, and equip talent with the confidence, allyship and mindset to deliver sustainable performance.
Guided by experienced facilitators and supported by a diverse peer group, every participant leaves with a clear Leadership Manifesto and a 90-day Action Plan – ensuring growth continues long after the programme ends.
